Shipping & Returns

Inaria makes every effort to ship your item(s) to you within 8 business days of receiving the order (most often, it will be shipped within 5 business days).  After that, it will take another 1-6 business days for UPS to deliver the product to you, depending on the exact delivery location.  All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, and are shipped from our main warehouse in Toronto ON.  If you would like to track your order after it has shipped, please click on the "Track Package" link at the bottom of the page, and you will be directed to UPS' website where you can enter your tracking number, for up-to-date information on the status of the delivery.

Inaria’s quality control team will check every order prior to shipping.  Feel free to inspect your merchandise upon receipt.  All claims of shortages/defects must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

Returns and/or exchanges will not be accepted without prior authorization, and a return authorization number must appear on the return address label (contact sales@inaria.ca for this RA Number).  Used, damaged, or printed merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.  Defective merchandise must be returned according to the return policy for evaluation.
